1. Aisle Planner

Aisle Planner is my wedding planning dream program! I use it for every aspect of planning a wedding. Before I used Aisle Planner I used documents and spreadsheets that I created myself and shared with my clients through google docs. And it got the job done but was really a pain in the butt! Aisle Planner has helped me streamline everything I do relating to planning events and client interactions.

With easy to use tools to help you market your business, book new clients, manage your events and everything in between, Aisle Planner has something for every wedding pro.

And lucky you, your first 30 days are free plus, use my referral link below to get 25% off any plan for your first 3 months! Yay! Link here

2. Flodesk

I used Mailchimp for a very long time and did really love it. And honestly I still use Mailchimp for some things just because it is free and easy to use. However, when I made the leap to switch to flodesk (which was a hard decision to initially make) it completely changed my email marketing game! It blew my mind how quickly I grew my email list after I made the switch. I am a true flodesk believer now.

3. Asana

As a planner and business owner, check lists and to do lists are everything to me. If a task is not written on my to-do list then it doesn't get done. And that is why Asana is life for me. It is an amazing virtual to-do list. And it allows me to my team members to my lists and helps us all stay on the same page when completing projects. And the best part is that it is FREE!

4. Planoly

Planoly is my Pinterest and Instagram best friend. Social media is such a double edged sword for business owners. It does wonders for free marketing, but it can be a pain to keep up with. Planoly helps ease the stress of remembering to post on social media by doing it for me! And this program is also free for the basic version.
